Thyme Rib Roast

Ingredients:
10 pounds prime rib roast
10 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of dry thyme
Black pepper
Salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 500 F.
- Mix the garlic with olive oil and thyme in a small bowl to make the marinade.
- Season the roast with some salt and pepper then rub the marinade into it and refrigerate it for 1 h.
