Fluffy Clouds

Ingredients:

3 egg whites 

3 egg yolks 

2 ounces of cream cheese, softened 

1 tablespoon of white sugar 

¼ teaspoon cream of tartar 

Directions: 

1. Beat the cream of tartar with egg whites in a large mixing bowl until their soft peaks. 
2. Beat the cream cheese with egg yolks and sugar in a large mixing bowl until they become smooth then fold in the egg whites.
