Fluffy Clouds

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
3 egg yolks
2 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon of white sugar
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions:
- Beat the cream of tartar with egg whites in a large mixing bowl until their soft peaks.
