Lay half of the chicken in the bottom of a greased baking dish followed by half of the enchilada sauce, half of the sour cream followed by half of the tortillas and half of the cheese.
Repeat the process to make a second layer.
Cover the enchilada with a piece of foil then bake it for 40 min.
Once the time is up, remove the foil and bake it for another 10 min.
Serve your enchilada warm and enjoy.
