Spicy Teriyaki Beef Jerky
Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef top round steak, cut into 8inch by 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki marinade
Directions
- Melt peanut butter over a double boiler with pepper flakes and Teriyaki sauce.
- Brush onto sliced beef.
- Place beef on a sprayed rack and place in a 140F oven for 10 hours or until it is dried out.
